🛍 Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
For items in stock:
Our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
Items not in stock can still be ordered and will be immediately ordered by us from the manufacturer in Italy for you. Therefore, delivery can take up to 10 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
- Germany: €6.90 (free for orders over €100)
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change or cancel it within 12 hours of purchase by emailing herznoteshop@gmail.com.

Are your perfumes original?
Our perfumes are high-quality alternatives to well-known brands. They contain the same fragrance essences, but with more fragrance oil – for longer lasting power and an intense scent.
How long does your perfume last?
Our fragrances contain more fragrance oil than traditional perfumes, 30%, and typically last 6-12 hours, depending on skin type and application.
How do I find the right fragrance for me?
Use our fragrance quiz on the homepage or contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp – we'll be happy to help!
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my perfume?
Yes, you can return unopened products within 14 days.
⚠️ Opened & tested perfumes are unfortunately excluded from exchange for hygiene reasons.
How do returns work?
1️⃣ Send us an email to herznoteshop@gmail.com with your order number.
2️⃣ We will send you the return form.
3️⃣ Send the package back & we will refund your money.
